Is credit repair legal?
Yes! Credit repair is absolutely legal! In fact, Start Fresh Finance, LLC and all other credit restoration companies are regulated under the laws outlined in the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). This act specifies what credit repair companies can and cannot do in order to operate honestly and transparently.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- ACH (bank and routing number)
- Debit and all major Credit Cards
What is your refund policy?
In order to receive a refund for monthly payments the individual must:
- have a consistent Start Fresh Finance, LLC client for at least 6 consecutive months
- have received zero deletions within 180 days
- have no new negative accounts (late/missed payments and collections) added to your credit report during your participation period
- cannot have been a client of any other credit repair/restoration company in the past 2 years.
- have maintained consistent credit monitoring services during the entire period of participation
- shared all communication received from creditors and credit bureaus in a timely manner (within 5 -7 days of receipt)
Is credit repair all that I will receive?
Absolutely not! In addition to working to removing inaccurate and unverifiable items from your credit report, we also provide you with credit education that teaches you how to build and maintain positive credit. Remember, education is key to building and maintaining good credit.
How long does it usually take to see results?
Once a dispute has been submitted, creditors have 30 days to investigate and respond. While we cannot guarantee the deletion of any account, typically results are achieved within 45 - 60 days. During this waiting period, patience is of the utmost importance.
